Emily King

Emily King is a Queen in concert! Her vocals are so pure, clear and simply beautiful... she sounds just like her albums live in person. The venue was perfect for an intimate atmosphere featuring her voice,a guitar and her producer, James, who was nothing but complimentary. It was a real gather around the fire, look up at the stars and close your eyes while listening to angelic like melodies flow from the stage type feel... Emily definitely has a home in Dallas and we loved being her backup singers/choir! "Come back Emily... come back!"

Simply amazing. Her voice, her stage presence, her band and backup singers, her choreography. Go see her asap. You will not be disappointed.

At Sinclair, the sound wasn't too balanced for a bass moog that the bassist switched to on one of the first songs, but the sound guy corrected it throughout the song and brought that volume way down. Was pretty happy about that, otherwise I might have gotten a serious headache.

Emily put on such a good vibe. She opened for Sara Bareilles and really set the mood for the show. Emily and Sara are so incredibly talented, I just wish the crowd and the stage gave Emily more love. Great sound and comfort from the venue, and the staff was surprisingly helpful. One staff member even helped me carry my drinks to my seat. My friends and I had an amazing evening!

Emily King is a GODDESS and we love her!! The show was fun, engaging, energetic, while at the same time being intimate and soft. The acoustic set up allowed Emily to truly highlight her vocal prowess. Also Jeremy was the perfect accompaniment to Emily’s vocals. Hope to see more great things from these two.
