Biography
Taco or Taco Bennett as he is often known, was generally considered a non-musical member of Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All, a notorious American hip hop collective. Led by Tyler, The Creator, with rappers Hodgy Beats, Earl Sweatshirt, Domo Genesis and Mike G, along with singers Frank Ocean and Syd Tha Kyd, and producers Left Brain, Matt Martians and Hal Williams, the group made an early name for themselves for their intricate and well-versed delivery, and brand of gratuitous violence that soon became popular among critics and hipsters.
Taco initially started out taking pictures for the group and designing album covers, however has since made inroads into rapping. The young rapper has made appearances on the Tyler, The Creator tracks, “Tina” featuring Jasper and Taco, “Bitch Suck Dick”, again featuring Jasper and Taco, “Trashwang”, and “We Got Bitches”. Previously acting as a hype man and contributing to on-stage antics, Taco is now furthering his rap career, and in 2014 embarked on an extensive tour in support of Tyler, The Creator, that lasted into 2015
Taco also features on the television show “Loiter Squad”, a 15 minute sketch show which proves an outlet for Odd Future’s stunts and pranks, aired on Adult Swim. The Californian has subsequently made cameo appearances on the TV series “Workaholics”.

Travis Bennett aka Taco is one of the members of the wild, raucous Los Angeles rap collective labeled Odd Future. Although Taco initially started off as a non-musical member in the collective only appearing in Odd Future’s television show, Loiter Squad, he now is turning his focus over to rapping and is currently supporting Odd Future’s ring leader, Tyler, the Creator, on his upcoming tour. Anyone who is familiar with the Odd Future collective knows that their members are incredibly wild and unpredictable, however this is the main draw to their shows as this is where all of the excitement comes from. You never know what to expect from an Odd Future member. They are known for stirring up their audiences and inciting them to partake in their shenanigans. Although Odd Future is completely untamed, they are extremely innovative and talented musicians that are bound to put on a stellar show. There is currently not much music out that is exclusively released under Taco’s name, but tracks that he has guest appeared on from several of Tyler, the Creator’s songs such as “We Got Bitches” and “Bitch Suck Dick” show that Taco is starting to develop a promising rap career. Taco has appeared on stage with several of Odd Future’s members to provide rapping contributions as well as supplement to the antics on stage. During one of Earl Sweatshirt’s performances he came on stage to mess with the audience by playing some of Miley Cyrus’ songs until the audience playfully requested that he turn it off. Taco’s most recent tour with Tyler, the Creator will be a great opportunity to see him showcase some of his new rap songs as well as collaborate with Tyler to produce some of the hysterical antics that Odd Future is so great at making.
