Steely Dan is on the Jamalot Ever After tour (2014), a massive 46 city 56 show North American road show of one of the world's top bands, with opening act The Bobby Broom Organi-Sation.
Legends Donald Fagen and Walter Becker will be joined by Keith Carlock on drums, Freddie Washington on bass, Jim Beard on keyboards, Jon Herington on guitar, Michael Leonhart on trumpet and keys, Jim Pugh on trombone, Roger Rosenberg on baritone saxophone and Walt Weiskopf on saxophone. The band wouldn't be complete without the three sublime, soulful songbirds: La Tanya Hall, Carolyn Leonhart-Escoffery and Cindy Mizelle.
The amazing guitarist Bobby Broom, who just received his third DownBeat Critics poll nod in a row as one of the world's top Jazz guitarists, who often is compared to George Benson, and his trio, The Bobby Broom Organi-Sation which features either Makaya McCraven or Kobie Watkins on drums, and Ben Paterson on organ, will open for Steely Dan.
