For more than thirty years, Nova Scotia singer-songwriter Dave Gunning has been quietly establishing himself as one of Canada's finest contemporary folk artists. A multiple East Coast Music Award and Canadian Folk Music Award winner, he is celebrated for songs that capture the heart of everyday life with warmth, wit and remarkable honesty.

As part of his tour promoting his acclaimed new album, Field Notes, Dave brings an intimate evening of exceptional songwriting, captivating stories and gentle humour to the Hand Hotel in Llangollen.
