Mycota is a jam-fusion band based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The group was formed in August of 2023 in Bloomington, Indiana playing local college house shows at Indiana University. The band has a broad variety of influences in progressive rock, jazz, metal, jam, and funk, that is reflected in their unique sound. The band have played Festivals, Theatres, and Bars all over the Midwest. They will be back on the road this Summer, and plans to release their debut album in the coming months.
